Any Sentinel attacking in Shallam will be disciplined by
the Guildmaster, as well as be enemied from Shallam. Defending
yourself against aggressors is acceptable, but do not provoke
fights there, Sentinels.
Sentinels who are citizens of Shallam will of course
be punished by the city if Shallam feels punishment is
appropriate.

This post is not in the wrong section, for those of you
who were thinking that..this is an agreement between
the leadership of the Sentinels, and the Leadership of Shallam.
