My apologies, I wasnt around for the Hashan/forest thing - and no one would ever really explain it to me so...
At any rate, it is still the greatest crime commited against the forest by any SINGLE mortal.
As for to comment on joining the city after their crime well... not much to say, I agree with you entirely.
