Greetings Achaeans..

For the sake of peace, I humbly propose the following amendment to the existing treaty between Ashtan and the church:

The areas previously defined will still exist. The area designated
under Ashtan's control will continue to be free from shrines. Any
shrines placed or sanctified there will suffer the harshest punishment
they wish to inflict up to and including death and enemying. The area
designated as being under Shallam's control will be free of defilement
for all shrines. Any defiling done in this area will be subject to the
same rights of punishment listed above. In the "no man's land" it is
exactly that.. belonging to no one. The church is free to erect as
many shrines as they wish and sactify them, but these shrines are also
free for defilement. No punishment should be enacted against either
action in this area.

Additionally, I propose that the same rules for shrines apply to
wormholes. Any wormholes found in Shallam will be collapsed without
punishment to the "collapser" and in the open zone wormholes can
be placed or collapsed without penalty to either side.

This is just an idea. Please consider it. I am willing to offer my
services to help mend this rift without bloodshed.
