Well, Oakstone certainly doesn't claim to represent the dwellers of
the forest. It is not there to protect the Druids and Sentinels. It
exists as a n organization dedicated to _service_ to the forest, not
to self-aggrandizement. The forests recognize this, and act according to Oakstone's judgement in terms of who deserves to be persecuted whenever in the forest.
Again, I must emphasize that unlike cities, Oakstone is not a vehicle for people to big themselves up. Humility before the power and value of the forest is a valuable trait.
