First, let me say to the priest, Servitor Rym, I appreciate your concern.
However, before you begin giving advice to how others should proceed with
their business, it might be beneficial to get all the facts. A solution to
the difficulties facing the Oakstone and the city of Hashan has never been
reached. The road does not yet exist. Gaia has mentioned before that she is
willing to concede part of the forest in order that Hashan be allowed to build a
road leading to their city. Hashan has never, in any public post, agreed that
once that road is finished (and a road is not something that is built in a day,
we understand this) they will liberate the forest areas they have claimed in the
Northern Ithmia. This is what we demand.

Now, Garuth, the Oakstone council was created for only one purpose. To protect
and preserve the forests of Achaea. We take no responsibility for those who live
in the forest, but do not belong to the Oakstone council. Why should we? I would
ask all those who do live in the forest, and hold it as dear as we (the Oakstone
Council) do, that they speak with a member of the Oakstone, and consider it for what
it is. A council dedicated not to any guild, certainly not to any city, but only
for the preservation and protection of the forests.

I also ask again, before the road is completed, for a gesture from Hashan. That
they liberate the Northern Ithmia as soon as the road is completed. We will be
patient until this arduous task is completed, but I can promise nothing beyond that.
