What do you call a figure of authority, in which none of their populous respect enough to follow?

What do you call a symbol of power in which stands to place themselves upon a pedestal instead of raising that in which they represent?

What do you call a speaker who cannot and does not know how to articulate the stance of that in which he represents?

All rhetorical, as there are many answers to the above.

I come before sapience to address the flea ridden flock that fester in the forests. I come to speak words of intent and understanding. The past (2) speakers have been incapable of controlling their own, so I address them as a whole so they can be notified properly.

The red fog has spread and bestowed itself far and wide. Sadly, so has a green filth that is wrongfully, aggressively been placed by certain individuals. The fog cleanses itself, and the intruders return to pollute the lands with this green filth constantly.

The current speaker knows our stance on this matter, and has assured me that he is aware of consequences and encourages it. So I state all here for the masses in that hole to be aware of.

Moving forward the owner, and any participants of those who place vines in any room that contains the fog. Will have their heads accompany the unwanted decorations. Those already participating are well aware of the choices they make.
