I wrote your scrolls. I built a galley. I taught ship combat.
I made people fear our Navy, and left to continue my work elsewhere.

When I returned, I found a new policy had been introduced that forbid Hashani from performing aggression at sea.
This was changed less than a year ago, under my and Icraa's efforts.
