Seneschal,
I had thought better of you, even if folk give me grief for doing so. Please don't try to play the victim here.
I was on the Muurn when you said you were thinking of claiming that area for Hashan, and pondering making flags and sticking them around. It was a joke to you, then, so why are you being so serious about it now? Joke or not, you started this conflict. Don't pin it on anyone else. If you are going to blame Cyrene for the deaths of its citizens because they fought against the Tsol'teth, you can't blame others for the deaths of your citizens when you started this fight. You can't have it both ways. It's your fault, and you're going to have to live with that.
You instigated a shrine conflict against a faction made up of multiple Orders, and bit off more than you could chew because the Aegeans don't like you thinking they're pushovers. You try to fabricate some conspiracy out of thin air about the Imperiate, but really what you want to say is that you think we aren't fighting fair because we have others that care about these shrines you attack and choose to defend them.
Now you make this post to try and save face as you bow out of a fight against Aegeans and say, "Oh, no, never mind, we only wanted to fight Lord Phaestus, everyone. Yeah, that's definitely what we meant this whole time. Please don't keep helping Cyrene, Aegeans, cause we're definitely not mad at you guys, oh no, just Lord Phaestus."
I get it. One of your regular combatants left and another one tells me he won't fight because he doesn't agree with how you're handling this conflict. You're outnumbered and you need to figure something out to somehow pull out a win. This isn't the way to do it, though.
Mezghar, you started the conflict. None of us have to fight fair with you. Stop talking all these lies, quit whining and either fight or surrender.
Forevermore,
Nephiny
