For those of you not interested in either of these clans, feel free to
skip over. It seems that Ranthann and his cohorts are thieves. There
once was a druid...a kind, gentle man who loved Nature, and believed in
the goodness and trustworthiness of others. In spite of all, he
continued believing and trusting. That was Jericko. Jericko's dream was
to create a clan where all in the lands could join and help to protect
Nature...where he could teach all..forestals and nonforestals how to
fight fires and protect nature. He worked and worked to gather gold to
buy a clan for his dream. He was able to gather a large amount of gold,
and others, most of us in the Druids Guild/House, donated large amounts
of gold for the purchase of his clan. In the year 383 AF, he was finally
able to gather sufficient funding to buy his clan. Since he trusted in
people, he made the clan democratic, since he could not imagine anyone
in the clan not being as dedicated to protecting Nature. He believed
that only the truly dedicated would be there and that therefore, his
goals were safe.

The clan grew, and was very active in uniting people of all walks of
life in a common goal..helping to fight fires and protect Nature. The
clan was a great source for training people in the skills of
firefighting and organizing groups of people to effectively accomplish
that goal. Then in the year 410 AF, Ranthann, one of the members of the
clan contested Jericko. He posted that although he was a firefighter
many years ago, he had recently rejoined and wanted to see the clan
return to its former glory. He spoke of wanting to help protect nature.
He won election. He started inducting many new members into the clan.
Within months, however, he transferred leadership of the clan to Omil.
Omil only wrote in the logs that if anyone wanted an explanation, they
should ask. Neither Omil nor Ranthann ever explained what was going on.
Omil then promptly transfers the clan back to Ranthann.

Then the true purpose of Ranthann and Omil becomes clear. When Ranthann
took over the clan again, he then kicked out all the old members of the
clan...long time members who were there to serve Nature and further the
goals of the clan. The clan that Jericki bought and paid for through his
own sweat and blood...and the good will of his friends who believed in
him. Ranthann did not explain to these people why there were being
removed from the clan. In fact, one druid that I am aware of, was
snubbed by Ranthann as soon as he kicked him out. So this druid was not
able to even ask why this was happening. Ranthann then transferred the
clan to Ream, who transferred it back to Ranthann. (I have no idea if
they thought this was effective -gold laundering- or what they thought).
But Ranthann then sold the clan to Gizmo, who has renamed the clan to
the Fluffies....and changed it into a social clan with no resemblance to
its original purpose. And Ranthann is enriched with no investment...and
Jericko is just out...kicked out by Ranthann from the clan he created
with no explanation and no recompense. Theft, plain and simple.

This has gotten very long and for those who have read through...all of
these actions by Ranthann and Gizmo have occurred within a 12 Achaean
month period of time.
For what it is worth, membership in the former AFF, now known as the
Fluffies, is banned for all members of the Druid House. The clan was
stolen outright from one of our own and corrupted from its purpose of
protecting nature to inane chatter.
