as I sit here, I stare at a wall
I ache to write the words I see
yet no matter how hard I have tried
they don't seem to desire to be written
these words that fit only one person existing
I ache to be with you, yet I've never seen your face
I ache to at least know you, you who haunt my dreams
I ache to meet you some day, so that I may know the face
the face of she who causes me such heartache for not knowing
I wish these were the perfect words, the words to show me
yet I feel they may never be so, and so I stay by myself
stay where my pain is the greatest I've ever felt now
until the day I meet the one I await, for happiness
joy to meet her, the one who is eager for me
the one who haunts my dreams always
I hope I meet the one of my dreams
so I sit here with my walls, dozing
