I am a tree
To be a tree
Is simply to be.
To be
Or be a tree
Is that a question?
Because to be a tree
You really must be
A Tree.
Being me
I see a bee
land next to me.
A bee just being,
Well, a bee.
And as I watched this
Bee be a bee,
I wondered if
I was happy being me,
Or perhaps,
would I rather be a bee?
To be be a bee
Or be a Tree
Which I ask,
Is being me?
Is it too much
to ask a bee
which is better yet to be
a bee or better yet a tree?
Bee spoke to me:
"It is much better
Than being one of me
to just simply be."
Be a tree or be a bee?
Neither--I'll be a me.
I Am a Me.
