A few more minor things as we roll along -
- We'd added SHOW HUNGER and SHOW FATIGUE to the long
list of things you can see with SHOW (some of which
can't be seen any other way). Just enter SHOW for more.

- Slight fixes to ALERTNESS ON|OFF

- Hermit tarot enforces need for eq

- 'normally' (from the expressiveness system) should
now work as documented.

- the BUGS system now includes somewhat more detailed
notifications and tracking. If you file a bug, you
should now be notified when the bug is assigned a
category and/or priority, and again when it is resolved.

- POUR ... INTO ... now works through selfishness.

- Minor changes to Triumvirate/Oligarchy leader powers
(from leaders forum requests).

- Some greedy priestly types were pouring a certain
sort of bowl into other things. Not any more!

- FLIPCOIN now gives a perfectly equal chance for
either heads or tails (within the reasonable bounds
of this being based on a prng - pseudo random number
generator - and all that that implies).
