Please put every relevant detail in your ISSUE, or in your REPLYISSUE.
It is so important that you include everything the admins need to know.

The only thing that will happen after an issue is resolved is that
you will be notified of the results as they affect you. It may be
that occasionally our admins may write to ask for clarification or
further information. This is the exception, not the rule.
