Yesterday, the STAT command, and a few other things, were changed
related to clan enemying. The HELP STAT command file has been updated
already to reflect one detail omitted from the earlier announce.

For those who still desire to see their full 'Enemied to' list, even
clans, on STAT, simply use the command STAT E.

For the rest, STAT will only show non-clan organizations. Otherwise,
the output from both commands is identical.
