Capture the Flag!

This Sunday, at 4 pm GMT, there will be a Capture the Flag event with
all five cities and Oakstone. The winning organization will receive 500
of 5 types of commodity of its choosing. The 2nd place organization will
get 300 of 3 types of commodities of its choosing. The 3rd place
organization will get 100 of 3 types of commodities of its choosing.

The event will last 1 hour, and you can read about how Capture the Flag
works by reading HELP CTF.

Time conversions:
Due to the fact that it's daylight savings time, 4 pm GMT is 5 pm in
England. It's 9 am on the US West Coast, noon on the US East Coast, and
1 am Monday morning in Australia.

(Sorry about the 9 am thing fellow US West Coasters, but I always feel
bad putting events at like 5 am for the Australians. 1 am on a Monday
morning is bad enough, but, I figure, doable for some of them.)

Penned by my hand on the 14th of Valnuary, in the year 313 AF.
