It's really a bit silly to issue someone for summoning you/moving you
into an enemy city when you are sitting RIGHT OUTSIDE that city. How
stupid do you think the admins are? We have no sympathy for people who
this happens to, because it's so easily preventable even a 5 year old
could tell you how to stop it: Don't sit outside an enemy city.

Use some common sense people.
