Just FYI, during this CTF game that just ended I've decided to expand
the number of flag-plantable locations to 7, and allow only one flag to
be planted at each location.

Although there was nothing at all wrong with Shallam's strategy during
this CTF (indeed, it was due to their organization and the fact that
they made sure they had allies that they won), I think it'd be more
interesting if, in order to gain points from multiple flags, a city had
to have multiple teams rather than one big team at one location.
