The "Darkhawks" among other things.

ZERO NEWS #1

When I initially created my clan, the inner circle (I.E., my friends and I) must have changed the name nearly 50 times as we joked and played with another. We called ourselves "Darkhawks" for the whole of two achaean months... the sole purpose of our doing that was to drive Molotov and his Lighthawk family insane. It worked, as he still can't stop talking about it.

As for who is really in charge of the Montaganets... as I have said to many people, especially to members of the Exodus Battalion as they march and goosestep their way through life- House Montaganet is not a military organization. We do not file into organized ranks and do the bidding of anyone. Considering however how the Dowager is generally too busy working on domestic issues I am the family head and as such people listen to me and generally do what I say. I don't think I have ever actually issued a direct order, but getting along as well as we do with each other that's never been necessary for us to accomplish anything.

So the bottom line is, while we respect and love our Dowager, try to think of her in the same way you think of your guild tutors. She holds a high rank. She rarely tells us what to do however as so far I have done a fine job of building up the family and increasing its power.

Lastly, House Montaganet is a complicated thing. Not everyone in it is an actual Montaganet. The Asuras (Usteir, Minty, Spratus) as a family are close to the Montaganets and are considered part of the House. The same goes for most though not all of the Merre's. Which of us are actually physically related to the Dowager and which ones were considered worthy of adoption into our expanding clan is not the buisness of outsiders.

Not able to understand why people feel they have to challenge us over our name (petty bastards),
Zero, of House Montaganet.

Penned by my hand on the 25th of Scarlatan, in the year 264 AF.
