12.17.11 The Ettins of the Channels

Deep within the roots of Frysta, a race of two-headed giants lurks. Known as
the ettins, the World Tree provides nourishment to the mighty creatures, who
worship the goddess Gaia as an extension of their gratitude to Yggdrasil's
bounty. Exhibiting remarkable woodworking skill, on occasion the inhabitants of
the subterranean city are known to sell their wares to outsiders, provided the
intrepid visitors can navigate the tunnels and the loamy soil trails.
