1.1 SYNTAX

Throughout Achaea's help scrolls, you will see commands given in all capital
letters as examples. When using these commands yourself you do not need to use
capital letters. We realise that using all capital letters is sometimes taken
to be yelling, and we offer this sole exception: when attempting to emphasise
the precise, exact, literal contents of a command we are discussing, we will do
so using all capital letters.

Sometimes, you will also see things in < >, usually as part of a command
syntax. This means that you should ignore the < > and insert an appropriate
word or phrase there. For instance: GET <item> means that to GET a cup you just
type GET CUP.
