Who is Successor?
-----------------
The successor is the one that will take power next after the current dictator
or oligarch. Each dictator or oligarch designates a separate, distinct
successor.

Commands
--------
SUCCESSOR DESIGNATE <who> - designate a successor (dictator/oligarch only).
SUCCESSOR SHOW - shows who your successor is.

Limits
------
A successor may not already be in the House Leadership, nor may one person be
successor to more than one Oligarch.

A successor must be a member of the same House as the Dictator or Oligarch, and
must be at least House Rank 5.

A dictator or oligarch may not exercise most powers of the position unless and
until a successor has been designated.

Powers
------
The successor has no real power, except that if a Dictator or Oligarch gives up
the position, then the successor takes the reins of power at that time.

The successor may challenge (see HELP CHALLENGE) the oligarch or dictator at
any time. If the oligarch/dictator fails to answer in a reasonable period, or
surrenders, then the successor takes over in the position and is the new
dictator/oligarch.
