And so it was that greed, mans most notable falling, took hold of
Hashan, and without regards for others set forth to destroy all of
the nature that stood in its way of progress. They thought they where
most ritious in what they did.
And so it was that those whose homes where destroyed, those who heard
the pain and suffering of the very essence of Nature itself, rose
up and sounded the call to battle. Friends, and brothers where divided
some siding with the heathen, some siding with those who fight for
the forests.
And so it was that Gaia rose up and let her wrath be known.
She issued a call and it was answered in droves. Countless numbers,
from all walks of life, from all areas of the world came to fight
for that which was being destroyed.
And so it was that Gaia issued a call to a different realm of existance
and called for Her brother, Lupus, Lord of the Beasts. And he did
set his minions, the werewolves, to reclaim their ancient hunting
grounds. And the scum of Hashan did fall like leaves of a tree in
autumn at the claws of these great beasts. And druid and sentinel
alike rose up against those of hashan so that both werewolf and wyvern
did decimate the population of Hashan. Many died, on both Hashanite
and Druid/Sentinel side. Blue lightning crackled, white fire flew
bright steel and sharp arrows did meet flesh.
All the while the heavens where shook by the heated tempers of
powerful deities. And those of Achaea who did not fight did cower!
And alas, in a final act of desperation, Gaia did something that
was least expected. She let known the greatness and supiriority of
Her power by performing something never before seen. Though she
was weakened horribly by it.
What is to come of this? It is not known. Neither side shall yield
to the other. Though in a pact with Twilight Lupus did recall his
werewolves, though it is not known what Twilight gave in return.
It is the hope of all who call nature home, however, that the great
saccrifice made by Gaia, the Earthmother, shall not be in vain....
and so the world waits...
