It was my impression that an agreement was reached in
which Hashan would give up most of N Ithmia after
they get a road constructed, so they would be able
to then conquer other territories outside of free forest
land. If not then i am sure that negotiations to that
fact are underway. Talk of keeping all of N Ithmia goes
against that. Of course you are free to contradict this
if in fact i am wrong about these details. If i am NOT
then constant griping about Hashan's defences will
acheive nothing.
