Second, I have used Netbus, though I am _NOT_ a hacker, I do know that the person does not send netbus, they only have to send a patch that Netbus connects to. At least that how is was when I used it.
Third, I do know that major email services (such as Hotmail) scan for things like this, the will not automatically delete though, they will make sure it is ok with you first.
