Shrines in the lower Azdun.

As many of you know, there are several shrines (3 to be exact, or at least three that I'm aware of) in the lower level of the Azdun dungeon. These shrines pose a danger to all Achaeans for several reasons.

1) The vampires which guard them: It makes me shudder to think how many times I've seen "So-and-so has been slain by the might of a vampire." Simply walking within sight of one incites its rage enough to kill, swiftly and brutally.

2) These vampires don't let things go: If you ARE lucky enough to escape a vampire which has sighted you, they will follow you to the ends of Sapience to fulfill their lust for blood... I have personally watched a vampire follow me up the Old Road, past Thera, and *all the way* to Shallam to exact his revenge upon me for intruding upon his eternal vigil.

3) Once a vampire is outside the Azdun, it does not return immediately: It may decide to do some window shopping and wanton killing in your town... do we really want our young to be exposed to such senseless death? Will this encourage them to stay in Achaea or make them feel welcome?

For these reasons, I make the following proposal to Oneiros, Aurora, the Church, and any other mortals or dieties who would listen or derive any benefit from this plan...

Obviously, with the help of Divine Intervention, I propose that the shrines be moved from the Azdun to a new location. This would make the Azdun safer for those who travel, explore and have their grove within... I do not see that anyone would *not* benefit from this plan, and I would be willing to make offerings to the involved Divinities in order to assist them in their efforts.

I look forward to hearing responses to this proposal.
