To all, but especially Ranara and Argwin,
You seem to be under the mistaken impression that the history that has already been written in stone somehow precludes me and like-minded others from creating change or chiselling a different future for Sylvans, Druids, and Sentinels.
Likewise, the fact that Eleusis is a democratic theocracy does not interest me. Nor that you pick and choose your claims.
If iron and stone are not a problem, then why enemy those of the city? I am, of course, a different kettle of fish altogether, but how does merely existing as a Sylvan in Hashan, for example, lead to being an enemy of the forest? Likewise, how does a rogue who does not toe the Eleusis line harm nature?
I and any like me from other factions who do not heel to Eleusis are not making heretical claims as you say.
Nature is vast and Gaia slumbers. Nature is beyond Gaia, Lupus, and Artemis. It should not be chained to the whims of your high warden or a slumbering symbol.
Eleusis has also conveniently claimed that Nature is akin to War under the Patronage of Lord Aegis, the God of War.
Am I mistaken, or does war not also sacrifice forests and, thereby, nature, as you equate it, for the cause of weapons and barricades? Is nature underfoot and all-around often not the first element destroyed by the mud and stomping that comes with battle?
If those who glorify Lord Aegis but reside in Eleusis are more than allowed to remain full Sentinels, Druids, and Sylvans, the only voice Eleusis has is one full of lies and highlights the subjectivity and irrelevance of both your high warden and this restriction Eleusis uses only as a tool of control and censure.
You may recognise your own hypocrisy now and make amends to all those you have wrongfully deemed enemies - after all, decreeing someone an enemy to the forest is a throwback to Oakstone, is it not? Or we of the Oak and Stone will make all aware of this hypocrisy and you will be forced to rectify your illegitimate claims of authority to a people who have a more powerful voice and commitment to being Sentinels, Druids, and Sylvans, than the populace of Eleusis will ever be capable of as long as they are tied to the lies of a Goddess who says you can only be of Nature if you worship and abide by her.
