We who dwell in the Holy City, Mhaldor, seat of Baelgrim Fortress and the Black Cathedral, stewards of the sacred mission to evangelize His Seven Truths, eradicate the unworthy, and prepare these lands for the coming of the LORD on the last day, hereby formally recognize King Barak as the sole and rightful ruler of the Kingdom of Blackrock, for he walks the righteous path of God.

Fire shalt scorch the skies, oceans shalt be sucked dry, lakes and rivers shalt be as poison, dead will plague the earth in life...in that day shalt all desire to be that which they have spited, hold which they thought unholy, seek what is now hidden. Sorrow, fear and terror will fill the soul. And none shall stand before the HAND."

We affirm our alliance in Evil with the Kingdom of Blackrock under the regal auspices of His Emel'daon Empire, we proclaim the unrelenting majesty and wisdom of the Dread Master, through whom all things are possible, and we pledge our intent that all the lands and realms known and unknown to us today shall be subject to and subsumed by the drive for advancement, for greatness - of nothing less than all sentient life.
