Lo-da'i, assorted Sapients. Cool autumn tidings to you all.
I will not belabor the points - when Sparrow's Rest fell, the wild peoples of the world experienced a loss like few others within the memory of our ancestry. To the best of our knowledge, there is simply no escape for the life that dwells within any area that subsumed - they are simply gone.
We will avenge this loss. But such tragedies must not be allowed to occur again.
To this end, I call upon the leaders of Sapience, from the tiny towns or villages in the wild places to the bustling city-states and all that exists in between - begin making preparations to evacuate your people should one of the corrupted tendrils appear within the homeland. When they do arise, in addition to the mustering of the mortal armies, locals should be evacuated to the nearest place of safety until such time as they are able to, hopefully, return.
It is not enough to simply fight - we must plant the seeds of our continued survival, as well.
By unanimous vote of the council, the Guild of Knights extends an offer of refuge to any who are able to flee the devastation wrought by the invaders and usurpers. Those who come from the settled places will find themselves welcome within the walls of Aster Keep.
To the civilized peoples of the world: whether or not you or us like it, the Earthmother wills that Her knights act as the guarantors of mortalkind's survival. As such, all of the Gaian Knights and our wards have been directed to report to these settlements to assist in moving peoples from Sapience to the Aster peninsula. You need not accept our offer of aid, but it will be provided without question to those afflicted.
To the wild peoples of the world: we, more than any others, know how to move within and throughout the vast expanses of the Earthmother's realm. Now, we call upon you to prepare to move swiftly if needed, and to join the fight where you are able. The village of Eleusis is open as a refuge to all who seek to live in harmony with Nature, no matter if you are desert-walker or tundra-dweller.
Make preparations now. Reach out to your allies and to the friends found within memory. And prepare to fight for every inch of this world.
