Dawnl- wait, Senec- hmm...
All of us have messed up, and fallen short of the glory of the Garden, indeed. The Tsol'teth are unique only in degree, not in kind. It would perhaps be to your credit that you have so magnanimously forgiven them on behalf of their many, many, many victims, but forgiveness requires also atonement. You can't simply turn up and act as though the harms of the past did not occur, and you certainly can't turn up, try to conquer everything again, and act hurt that people didn't see how much you've changed from the last time you tried to conquer everything.
If you truly are allied with a changed Tsol'teth, working to be better than their past, perhaps you can guide them towards genuine atonement and some effort to make amends for the many scars they have left across the continent.
On the other hand, you do rather seem approving of their treatment of inconvenient sentients, as though stealing the ability to want more is sufficient excuse for also stealing the chance for more. It's not what I'd call Progress, but then, Hashan has never actually demonstrated any propensity for advancement, scholarship, wisdom or growth.
Penned by my hand on the 23rd of Chronos, in the year 873 AF.
