Due to the recent increased efforts by the sovereign city-state of Hashan regarding their proposed bounty on your kind, the Village of Eleusis would like to extend an offer of temporary refugee status for you and the citizens of the village of Gorshire. Eleusis recognizes that Hashani's intent at gnomish genocide and escalation in efforts to experiment on gnomish villagers are due to malicious intent to do harm to your villagers, and not for any quantifiable 'scientific' ends. We also acknowledge that the ongoing conflict between Hashan and Eleusis has begun to put your citizens at grave risk.

Mayor, whether you choose to remain in Lodi under the protection of the bronze dragon, or among the boughs of Eleusis, the Village is committed to aiding you and your kind against this bounty whose sole purpose is to further harm your kind. As an extension of this, we would ask all Villagers to refrain from hunting the Gnomes of Lodi, whose population is currently under threat. I eagerly await a response.

The Village has come to know Toby Treacletart, one of your own, whose intrepid actions in exploration of the lands were met with torture and violence at the hands of the above named city, and who has since found a home in the Village, Eleusis. Further, the Tribal Assembly of the Scions of the Ithmia wishes to acknowledge Toby as an honourary Scion at a banquet in his honour (at a time yet to be determined), for working alongside us in this effort and espousing the tenets of tenacity and ferocity in striking back at his former captors.
