To all competitors!

As the increased standards are demanding more of you all than ever before I am rescheduling the closing ceremonies to give you all more time.

Also, those who have not completed their urn by the Serenade in early Mayan of this year will automatically finish and points be assigned based on time devoted to the task and progress made. This will enable all cities a chance to participate in the races and gauntlet stages.

First place in a contest will earn sixty points.
Second place in a contest will earn fifty points.
Third place in a contest will earn forty points.
Fourth place in a contest will earn thirty points.
Fifth place in a contest will earn twenty points.
Sixth place in a contest will earn ten points.

Placement is determined by your time to complete each stage, plus progression in relation to others if needed.
