On Colours and Progress

How ill of you to purport that a world augmented by Progress would be both bland and colourless.
A world of Progress is one where your fellow mortals wield the brush, and all of Creation is their canvas. A world where the denigration of Divine imposition is subdued and absent, where each mortal being has the absolute right to think, choose and fight for themselves. A world where the forces-that-be are disassembled, studied, understood and reconfigured to better suit the needs of the all rather than the hegemonic whims of the few.
What we strive for is a glimpse of the future, as our allies in the Underrealm have already made manifest with their own ambition and tireless labours.
The choice is for each mortal to make whether they stand with Progress and look towards what Creation could be, or to instead feverishly clutch at the skirts of Divinity for desperate and unthinking guidance in defiance of the will and intellect they were born with.
What will you choose?
To Treacletart's merit, his brief (and predominately cadaverous) time in our laboratory has impressed upon him the beneficial qualities of unethical research well, and his kind donation of this toxicology sample and live field results of its use will prove valuable to the scholars of the Dicondron Academy for use in future projects.
Penned by my hand on the 16th of Chronos, in the year 866 AF.
