In regards to who we are and what we do:
There have been a lot of posts recently about the state of the Guardians of Moghedu and our attacks on those hunting within Moghedu's walls.
I write to you all as a means of clarifying our position on such matters. We are formally allied with Moghedu. We will defend Moghedu. If you are hunting Moghedu or are a known enemy of the Guardians we will kill you.
If you've taken your pet dog for a walk whilst you hunt Moghedu, we'll kill that too. If you like your mounts, children, money or whatever simply do not bring them to Moghedu.
The clan has existed for many years before I ever took charge, has accepted members that were not mhun for many years before I took charge and has fought to defend our homeland for many years before I took charge.
In regards to recruitment:
Many of you have been showing interest in our clan. Many of you have been kinsmen of mine and are naturally welcomed into our ranks. Others have been outsiders seeking only the protection of Moghedu and its innocents.
No matter what your background, if you pledge to defend Moghedu against invaders and help fight the injustices done to my ancestral homeland you will be welcome amongst us. You need not be the strongest, fastest or even the greatest thief. We accept those who come in earnest regardless of their walk of life.
In regards to the posts from Mr Corder:
After much (editor's note: not actually very much) group deliberation, we regretfully shall not bend to the will of a milquetoast advice column writer that hasn't had paid work in nearly a decade and instead pose to him this question: why are you so eager to work with the very people who helped to house-right you, had you banned from a number of houses after that and eventually had you thrown out of Ashtan? Are such transgressions forgotten? Are the mhun such a threat that you choose to suckle from their teats instead of doing anything of note yourself?
To clarify:
If you hunt Moghedu, it may come at the cost of your companions, possessions, mounts or life.
We accept members of any race, city, religion or background.
The Village has finally found its idiot.
