In regards to my last post, in my haste to make Sapience aware, I forgot to mention the last little rule change/clarification.

The second rule should have the following amendment to it:

Formal ALLIES of Eleusis, MAY NOT use their gifts from Nature to defend any city-states that are not SPECIFICALLY allied with Eleusis, as reflected in CITY RELATIONS. Allies cannot view who Eleusis is friendly with, so be very cautious here. The onus is on the individual. This is a stricter interpretation and pertains to allies for a reason, which I will not discuss here. Rogue forestals will need to be more careful, period.

Those in Eleusis who wish to have these allies to increase our numbers, you may need to revisit some CITY RELATIONS. That is on those politicians tasked with such endeavours.
