Greetings and Salutations,

As of late, we have had a spate of individuals purporting to forsake their homelands and all trappings of civilization to obtain the Gifts of Nature provided under the generous hand of Lady Gaia. At first blush, this seems like it would be a boon to Nature and the goals of Eleusis, and so we worked with responsible individuals. However recent events have seen that we cannot rely on everyone being responsible. Thus it has brought about a strong need for a different tact, as more people abuse Her benevolence under the guise of 'helping Nature' with no other ties to Her whatsoever, no actual aid to Nature, and using it as an excuse to use Her gifts for their own goals while thinly veiling them as the goals of Eleusis.

As such, effective immediately:

- Anyone who holds citizenship with any non-Eleusian city-state MAY NOT use any of the forestal classes in an offensive attack on any other city-state. They may, however, use them defensively.

- Any rogue using the forestal abilities who is NOT a FORMAL ALLY of Eleusis - or a member of one of the Houses of Eleusis - may not defend OR attack any city-state unless it is a direct part of a Village function.

Those who break these guidelines will be enemied to the forests for a term not less than 20 years and not to exceed 500 years. They will incur a fine to be determined at the end of their term.
