At the second serenade following this post, the Court of Shadows will host a placement ceremony for the newly revised and codified Edict of Shadows, our pledge to forge a better tomorrow by our own hand wrought in stone and fire and displayed for all to witness.


For those who are not enemies of the Court, I would invite any who are curious to join us for this event at the designated time, at the northern gates of Hashan. If you wish to attend and have an outstanding fine or the like I would advise settlement of such with haste, through our Minister of Security or an appointed member of the Regency.
