I am pleased to announce that a location for the Wayward Fair and Wares is now established: in the Sangre Plains, where the World's Fair was held some time ago. The fair grounds will open slightly before the auctions do to allow some time for entertainment, refreshments, and additional services. They will remain open in between auctions.
In addition, I am excited to announce a one-of-a-kind opportunity to all the cities of Sapience (Ashtan excluded, as they will receive this offer for free).
Imagine this: you are walking along your beautiful city streets, and you pause to take a breath of fresh air by your most striking monument. You ponder upon the beauty of your mortal kinsmen's finest work when, without warning, a powerful invader destroys it in one fell swoop!
Has this ever happened to you? The odds are that yes, it has, as all the cities have suffered some form of extremely unfortunate destruction.
To solve this most pressing problem, I am offering affordable, Divinely backed insurance for your favoured city monuments! Simply submit a letter with five million golden sovereigns and a note for preferred city monument at the Wayward Fair submission box to prevent horrible disaster befalling your beloved city. Those who do not note a specific structure to protect will agree to the following defaults:
* Cyrene: the Clock Tower
* Hashan: the Planetarium
* Mhaldor: the remaining Spires of Baelgrim
* Eleusis: the Great Oak
* Targossas: the Heart of Dawn
Pandoran Protection is the only reliable way to make sure your favourite city monuments are not completely destroyed by outside actors. Any city who does not sign up for this is surely begging to be struck by terrible, terrible calamity of the sort that no mortal could ever hope to fight against. In fact, any city that refuses to hire such protection might as well destroy their monuments themselves - that's just how likely catastrophe is in this tumultuous world!
Just think, if Shallam had taken this great deal, it would likely still be above the waves.*
* Note: full city protection is a separate, more expensive package not currently on offer.
