One Tiny Little Shop

I am the shopkeeper who asked Avianca to sell my shop, Simply
Prythe's, to somebody whom Targossas would approve.
The proceeds were to be used to buy a shop in Cyrene, effectively
relocating Simply Prythe's, which has existed for almost 500 years,
first in Shallam, and then to Targossas, to within the walls of
Cyrene.
This should have been a simple transaction, but has somehow become
part of the growing animosity between the two cities.
As most know, I have been vocal about ending the ban on those of
Targossas entering Cyrene for some time, other than those who are
current and active enemies.
Some of Cyrene agree with me, others do not. The policy has been,
and will remain under discussion. It remains the policy until it is
not.
I am not sure how my shop is now playing the role of pawn in the
escalating issues between our two governments.
I awoke today to a notice that Sothantos has transferred my shop
to a new owner. I hold on to hope that the words Avianca wrote in
Public Post 20683 remain true, and I quote:
"I fully intended...and still intend, to market the shop on her
behalf should that be the way this goes."
Apparently that is the way it has gone.
I have yet to hear further from the Dawnlord or Avianca on this
matter but assume and hope that honor will prevail on this
transaction, which should have been a simple one, and the proceeds
from sale of my shop will be paid.
Simply,
Prythe
