First, my apologies for taking so long to respond to your offer. I do
try to answer all requests, no matter how outlandish, in a timely
manner. Please know that my delay in response was not to ignore, but to
carefully consider.

Regarding your proposition on our two Organizations joining forces in
war against a shared foe, I have thought long and hard about this and I
have decided to accept your offer. I do think we could work well as a
team, and devise and execute our plans in a most devious way.

I am aware that it would not be wise to discuss on this medium - at
least not yet - our specific plans and who we wish to declare war on.
You brought up many viable options and I think we should examine all of
them with the utmost consideration before settling on a decision.
