On the behalf of Hashan and its Ruling Council, I am hereby posting a
formal apology to you for the recent troubles that have arisen. We do
not believe that you have ever aided any raiders and apologize for any
accusations on the behalf of Hashan that you may have done so. The City
of Hashan acknowledges that it was mistaken in its decision to declare
you an enemy and apologizes for that mistake.
