The original situation was deal with in way that censor Nobi under
threat of violence. Nobi dissatisfy with this outcome and really, why
should anyone feel that Bastion of Freedom should condone this as
solution. To Nobi, this was violation of nature of freedom and she no
should have keep silent about it if facts of situation make someone
uncomfortable. Any time Nobi explain what happen, she is told be silent.
This was no harrassment, this was statement of facts with city officials
retaliating with censure and threats over and over again.

On subject of harassment itself, Nobi consistently harassed and often
threatened due she dialect on CT. Time and again, city officials is do
nothing about real harassment Nobi is receive publicly 75% time she say
anything on CT. In fact, on couple occasion, city officials defend
rights of individuals to harass Nobi.

too volatile for she remain citizen. She can accept that officials is
