My Lords, Ladies, Gentlemen, and (mortal) ladies,

I feel that I ought to clarify the position from my understanding and
that of the Order of Pandora. I do not deny that we had at some points
suffered occassional defilings, and during such troubles we were indeed
pleased to have had the offer from the Aegeans of their strength in
dealing with such troublemakers. However as any well-informed politician
and Orderhead should, I like to keep myself aware of our standings
around Sapience, and I know of the status of Pandora in the eyes of the
Church, and that any problems we suffered were not officially sanctioned
by any organisation. These defilers have been addressed as individuals,
and we suffer no current problems, therefore I cannot in good conscience
permit blame to be placed where it is not deserved.

However, speaking as someone who has for his whole life been close to
both Eris and Her Disorder I can indeed verify that I have spent time
dealing with systematic defilings of Her shrines about the land, and I
would offer great thanks to the citizens of Ashtan, most of whom were
too young to have even met Her, who spent their time watching for
weakened shrines and resanctifying them. My information on the subject
was that the actions against these shrines were performed by those that
hate Chaos, and it is certainly no great secret where that ideology
finds its roots, for it is in the bosom of the Church itself.

It seems to me that the truth lies not in the hands, but in the heart,
and the poisons of the heart have come from the Church itself, therefore
speaking on a personal level I wholeheartedly respect and applaud the
actions of Aegis as a proud and protective Husband, and as a Man of
principle.
