out and start scattering junk about willy-nilly.

In fact, if you do any such thing... Well, please don't. This was all a
joke of sorts, and if you do get in trouble for this sort of thing,
well, I don't encourage it.

Remember kids, stay safe, and don't litter streets without permission,
no matter how amusing or useless those things may be. But then again,
it's not littering when you have permission... so no littering at all.
