Greetings. This is an official response by the Ministry of Security of
Shallam to Public 15737.

I urge all of Sapience not to participate in the Lin'Quei's disgusting
and perverted 'contest'. If you are caught doing so, you will be enemied
to Shallam on sight, carrying with it all the sactions that status
offers. You will not be granted the grace period of leaving the city
that minor criminals are offered, but killed on sight.

Further, if you wish to help stop this depraved and immoral practice,
the Ministry of Security is offering a reward for information on the
Lin'Quei. For each name that can be added to our database as a member of
this horrible organization, I am offering a bounty of at least 4000
gold. Other information will be rewarded as well, the amount to be
determined based on the usefulness of it.

Again, I warn the citizens of Sapience not to participate in this
abhorrent contest, the price is not worth it.
