Hell, don't ignore the last post, let's make this global
if the Deities agree (message me if otherwise?).
Funds will still go the same way, I doubt enemies of Mhaldor
will want to join and risk their profits anyways. Thieves,
you know the PK rules, you know the rivers anyways.

Hence, non-Mhaldorians send a message if it tickles your
fancy to join.

One last note, the loans for bait and admission are thus
officially only available to Mhaldorians, so if you want
to break even, keep some extra fish in your pack at the
moment of tallying just in case.

Everything you need to know otherwise is in the previous
post, and all contestants can expect the tallying to be
fair despite your citizenship of lack thereof.
