Hail, Mhaldor. The Ministry of Culture will be
holding a fishing contest this year's first of Mayan.

The purpose of this contest is to provide Mhaldorians with
an opportunity to contribute to the city's coffers in a
safe manner other than ratting.

If you look at the rules posted below, you'll see that joining
this contest won't represent a monetary loss, so consider your
participation a donation of your time if you feel unsure about your
odds at winning.

This contest is for Mhaldorians only, and I would like to
ask everyone to be discrete about this, as it can otherwise turn
into a very appealing call to thieves. Anyways, and without further
adue, here are the contest's main guidelines.

------------------------

Basics:

When: 1 Mayan, year 414 AF

Duration: Two Achaean days (Until 3 Mayan).

Bait: Small and Medium for speed purposes, this is a fundraiser.
Those who can't afford bait can get up to 2100 gold worth,
sum which will be deducted from their final score.

Entrance fee: 1000 gold, also deductable from final score.

Participants allowed: Mhaldorian citizens only.

Scoring: There will be an official judge and an official tally-keeper.
Neither can take his or her own tally if a contestant, hence
the two-judge rule.

Final tally will be based on gold, not fish count or weight.

At the end of the contest, one judge will take the fish
and sell them while the other one writes down the scores.

Prizes: Winner gets his profits doubled, second place gets to
keep the catch. Note that for this to be doable at least
six contestants will be needed, so I hope to see a good
response.

The rest of the profits will be accordingly deposited in
Mhaldor's account.

Rules:
Locations:Rivers are Pachacacha, Urabamba, and Zaphar.
Contestants will be allowed to move around freely.

Teaming: No. Fishing in the same room as others is allowed,
Every man to his own fish otherwise, no sharing allowed.

Open-PK: Definitely not.

In case of having to leave realms: Contestant gets to keep
one quarter of the profits gathered up to then. This is
to avoid last-minute quitters who'd care to cheat the honor
system.

-----------------------------

Please send any questions over message to Sir Arador or myself.

Good luck to everyone who joins.
In humble service to the Seven Truths
Unholy Slave Khelek

Penned by my hand on the 21st of Scarlatan, in the year 414 AF.
