Thank your lucky stars, "Citizen of Shallam," that your city is as dumb
as it is corrupt. You are openly trying to undermine the government
under which you serve yet are allowed to remain in the city walls.

Think of your words more carefully as well, in the future. Publically
declaring war on anyone who opposes you and your empire could be taken
as accepting their attacks upon your person should they oppose to
your... empire.

In other words, bite your tongue and sit down.
