As of now the temporarily policy as described in public post #15505 will
now be in effect permanently.

This means that Mhaldorian citizens and members of the Houses residing
there are forbidden from entering Shallam. If you try to circumvent this
policy and/or are helping Mhaldorians to get in the city, you are
subject to be removed and enemied as well.
