Four years ago,
A corpse was found,
hard and dry,
upon the cold wet ground.

It's clothes were regal,
It's hair was done.
Strangely peaceful,
the whole scene was.

A crime for sure,
a murder for certain,
No evidence abound,
no theatrical curtain.

Then a letter was found,
waterlogged and burdened,
upon cold wet ground,
and immediately disposed.

Upon that letter,
legends do say,
was a single initial
Just an 'A'.

To this day, however;
it hasn't been found,
till this day, never.
So I ask you, to hear,

Or even to sleuth,
so look around,
(ignore the unease,)
For a letter renowned,

Whose contents reveal,
an old mystery known,
of the regal corpse,
found dead and alone.
