The heavens shed a tear
falling down to earth
a single drop crystal clear
giver of life and birth

Cleansing the lands
the waters purify
that tainted by man's hands
again will glorify

Making rivers flow
waters that nourish
essence to grow
Nature will flourish

Rivers sparkle more clearly
touching the soul
soothing the weary
making the body whole
